1. Open Golf Caddie+ and go to the plans screen.
2. Tap Restore.

Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

On iPhone:

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Golf Caddie+, then choose a different plan or cancel.

On Android: open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.

Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription.

• New subscribers get a 7-day free trial where one is offered.
• To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• If you don't cancel, your subscription starts and you're charged when the trial ends.

1. In the app, open Settings.
2. Tap Account → Delete account, and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile, golf data and uploaded files. It doesn't cancel a subscription, so cancel that separately (see above).

1. In the app, open Settings → Privacy.
2. Turn Share with OpenAI on or off.

When it's off, nothing is sent to OpenAI, AI features don't run, and daily tips come from our own library.

1. Open the iPhone Settings app.
2. Scroll down and tap Golf Caddie+ → Location.
3. Choose While Using the App.

Distances also work best outdoors with a clear view of the sky.

1. On your iPhone, open the Watch app and install Golf Caddie+.
2. Open Golf Caddie+ on your watch before your round.
3. When asked, allow location and Health access.

• Photograph one panel per photo.
• Use good light, and keep the card flat and in focus.
• Check the numbers before saving.

• Scan the course's scorecard to add it (see above), or
• email support@thelazaruslabs.com with the course name and location.
